If we got a fact wrong
Email the desk with the page, the error and a source. We aim to respond promptly but do not publish fixed turnaround times.
Write to desk@ukchipfrontier.com with the URL, the sentence that is wrong, and a source — ideally the UKGC register or the operator’s own legal page.
If the error is confirmed, the page will be updated. If you are disputing a gambling transaction, that is for the operator and, after their process, their alternative dispute resolution body — not this site.
